It’s Easier Than You Think
When you start thinking about planning a trip, do all the possibilities and all the decision making overwhelm you??
Can’t make heads or tails of airline websites, train schedules, car rentals, cruises, tours etc..???
Do I need a passport, a visa, my driver’s license - or all of the all of these?? What the heck is Global Entry??
Where should I stay?? What should I do?? How do I find all this information?
Well, for the most part – it’s all on line and I’d like to give you the basic skills to make this part of travel enjoyable rather than scary.
COURSE ENROLLMENT: Enrollment for this class is limited to 10 students
COURSE LOCATION: Silicon Room at the HOA2 Arts and Crafts Center
PREREQUISITES: Basic Computer and Internet Knowledge
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Three 1.5 hour classes over three weeks.
In this class, we’ll discuss using your computer and the internet to make travel planning easy and even enjoyable. We’ll discussed the basics of travel: Where, Why, When and How. We’ll also discuss the different modes of transportation and types of accommodations. What about my phone – best ways for international service. Are my devices safe?? What’s a VPN? We’ll even get into the nitty gritty of packing and so much more.
